Before you write about a lesson

Most problems are one of three things. Check these first, they’re quicker than waiting for a reply:

• The AI built something different from the checklist. Tell it which line failed, in your own words. Point at the behaviour, not the code.
• The phone can’t find the server. Same Wi-Fi for phone and computer, then restart the server with --clear and scan again.
• A prompt went sideways. Ask the agent to go back to the last checkpoint.

If it’s still stuck, send the lesson name, the checklist line, and what you see instead. A photo of the phone helps.
